We provide everything you need including the tray, the whitener, and complete instructions on how to use the kit. Just place the whitening gel in the tray and wear it for about 15 to 30 minutes – your hygienist will tell you the length of time that will provide the desired results.

When used every day for two weeks, you will see similar results to those of a professional whitening treatment done at our office.
